Shipping + Returns

September 3, 2026 Update

I have a $10 flat rate option for Greater Toronto Area Shipping. This basically covers Burlington to the west, Ajax to the east and Vaughan/Newmarket to the north.

Please use the $15 Ontario option for city/town addresses.

If you are rural Ontario or in an area where deliveries take extra days (FedEx, UPS) or outside of Ontario as a whole, please use the $20 option. That will be shipped through Canada Post.

I am using the Chit Chats service for the $10 and $15 option. The drop off hours are limited and do not include weekends.

If you are local to me, you may pick up your order at an agreed-upon day and time.  Please do not select local pick-up if your items need to be shipped.  An e-transfer of the funds can be send to khalanaturals@gmail.com should it be required. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and the money credited to your method of payment.

I have added a $20 flat rate for Post Office Boxes and Rural Route addresses. Sometimes Canada Post is the “end-of-line” delivery service to Chit Chats and costs extra. Please note I will refund some of the costs if it doesn’t add up to the $20. I do not make money off of shipping ever. That’s not fair to you. Also note that Canada Post and Chit Chats have introduced fuel surcharges that change on a weekly/daily basis. I have to eat some of those costs and future price increases may have to be made.

Due to the nature of my products I cannot accept returns on any product.  Should you have a problem, please contact me and I will make it right with a replacement or credit depending on the situation.

I cannot offer shipping outside of Canada at this time. Tariffs for the US and new packaging restrictions in the EU has made it time consuming and costly. Thank you for understanding.
