Shipping + Returns

I have a $10 flat rate option for Canadian shipping only at this time. I do not have the capacity to figure out tariffs to the US at this time mainly due to the daily changes coming from the US government.
I am using the ChitChats service now. The drop off hours are limited and do not include weekends. Your package may be delayed a few days while I navigate through their system.

If you are local to me, you may pick up your order at an agreed-upon day and time.  Please do not select local pick-up if your items need to be shipped.  An e-transfer of the funds can be send to khalanaturals@gmail.com should it be required. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and the money credited to your method of payment.

I have added a $20 flat rate for Post Office Boxes and Rural Route addresses. Sometimes Canada Post is the “end-of-line” delivery service to Chit Chats and costs extra. Please note I will refund some of the costs if it doesn’t add up to the $20. I do not make money off of shipping ever. That’s not fair to you.

Due to the nature of my products I cannot accept returns on any product.  Should you have a problem, please contact me and I will make it right with a replacement or credit depending on the situation.

I am not responsible for any extra taxes or import duties.  I can only offer shipment arrival times estimates (when I return to international shipping). 

Postal services differ and I do not guarantee delivery dates.

The shipping charges are what the services charge. It does not include my time and material for packaging your orders. Thank you for understanding.
